• Zinc (15 mg): Contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and maintains normal levels of testosterone in the blood.
• Selenium (55 mcg): Contributes to regular spermatogenesis.
• Vitamin B5 (6 mg): Plays a role in the synthesis of steroid hormones (sex hormones).
• Vitamin B6 (2 mg): Helps regulate hormonal activity.
• Vitamin B12 (2.5 mcg): Important for cell division, maintaining normal function of the nervous and immune systems, and participating in energy metabolism.
• Vitamin E (60 mg): Significant for the preservation of cells from oxidative damage.

Direction for use:

For adult males, the recommended dosage is 1 capsule a day, taken with a meal.
